Robinson Elementary
2024 - 2025
February

Dear Kindergarten Families,
It is a short and mighty month. We are learning about Lunar New Year, Valentines, Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. We have a Garden Lesson on the lower field, and our Young at Art Lesson is based on Alexander Calder. We will also visit the library, Makerspace and Science Lab. Mrs. K continues with our weekly Musical Theater class, and we are looking forward to our performance of "The Three Piggy Opera" on April 1st.
Mid-Winter Break is February 10th--17th We hope you have a fun and safe week whether you are traveling or staying close. Please note that Monday the 17th there is no school. Students with Monday sharing may share any day that week.
-----------------------
Meet us at the classroom door each day and wait for us to open it for you. Children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver. The school does not provider supervision.
Send a snack with your child that they can open on their own and eat within a few minutes. Alternatively students may order a snack.
Visit our Class Dojo site at least once a week for teacher updates. The Login for each teacher is below.
Sharing is a very important part of Kindergarten. This helps build student confidence when speaking in front of a group. Each student has a specific share day each week. The Sharing Schedule is posted on this website under the Homework tab.
